Assistance/opinions needed please

I didn't mention that i'm a total noob and i'm asking because a friend said something and then it got me thinking. I currently have 5 plants and i would like to get lucky as early as possible because i would like to only keep one and focus on that. This is random bagseed so they all could be male. does anybody have an estimated timeline or range before accurately determining sex? Are there any early signs that could point one way or another? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

YEA, u really have to flower to know the sex, but sum plants will show pre-flowers in veg if its a girl, that usually happens about 6 weeks veg sum times less, my hydro plant showed at 4 and a half weeks (veg). but ur lookin at a lil baby plant thats it u can say about it. if its bag seed than just sit back and relax, It was free after all! im sure u have loads more ?????'s fer us tho???? im willing to help u up out too dood, or dudet, watever u r. lol. 
I wanted to grow with bagseed to gain experience before i tackled something with a name. I'm planning on doing lst i have a small grow space about 3 cubic feet with 156 watts of cfl mixed 4 26w 65k and 2 26w 27k totalling 9900 lumens at 18/6. they are 12 days old from sprouting. I'm using fox farm ocean mix and fox farm grow big for vegging. Watering with plain distilled water and 1/4 strength nutes alternating every watering. I have a soil ph meter and a moisture meter and i'm making a photo journal. Oh and i'm a dude. Thanks for the reply! I like your name fuzzy budz, the picture in my head makes me salivate haha.

Great idea, but even the most mexican made of weeds could have started as a BEAUTIFUL high potency plant, but just set next to males, and in fields of thousands, and dried in the sun, then probably not even cured! EW.
their soil is great with a lil mix of perlite (about 30% by volume) BUT ive used their nUtEs and NO!!! get away NOW! lol. ive SOOOOOOOOOOOO many damn issues and mainly bcuz of them, from defficentcies to BURN bcuz thier chart is BS!! but u shouldnt even give them nutes til about 3 weeks old, then introduce them slowly.
