Arizona outdoor shade

So I'm about move my girls Into the sun!!! I'm in central arizona it's hot as hell out here already.. what percent shade should I use 50% 40%... 30%... no prolly not 30 lol I'm growing hybrid autos so I want them to get all they can before they decide its flower time.. but they are 60/40 Indicas... they are already use to the heat as I have them outside getting early morning rays and a grow light for the rest of the day and night cuz I got em on 20/4 right now
