Are these ready for harvesting?

My first grow almost complete, the buds are looking amazing and i just want to harvest them now, AHHH

Is it too early? most of the hairs are orange and they are FROSTED with trichomes. Right is a Super Iced Grapefruit, left is an unkown

They look pretty ripe to me..Need some closer pics to give an accurate opinion though...How far along are they...If over 8 weeks, There probably ready....
