A lot more info needed, what are you growing in? What nutes, what dosage, what lights, how high above the canopy? Are you using calmag? PH?, R/H? They look like they may be a bit hungry for N, or maybe even Mg. But more info is needed.

Lowest leaves are the healthiest , so im guessing it's not lack of food but without information it is a guess.

No point chopping them and starting again if you don't know why they've got this way, you'll just end up repeating the process.

So the medium is a mix of fox farm (which I’ve read so many reviews now and it seems like people are very hot and cold with them) but it’s layered with the top being 1/2 happy frog1/2 ocean forest mix, with strawberry fields towards the bottom.. I believe the light is an HLG 325 max or 320 max drawing a blank while I’m at work. Temps stay between 72°-79° varying on the heat of the day. Nutrients again have been fox farm… which I will admit I have gone kind of light on because everyone says it’s so easy to overdue it with fox farm… PH for the water has been around 6.5-6.8. I’m unsure of the soil ph because I don’t have a meter. I am a totally new and inexperienced grower who may have gotten a little too ahead of themselves. It just seems like everything is trial and error… because you find so much conflicting information online where one person says something is right, and the other says it is wrong.

Overwatering and the roots are too wet that plus hungry by looks minus bottom leaves any chance you may have locked out some nutrients by overfeeding with something or cos your temps getting to low that can happen 15c or below locks some stuff out? If not then feed em and water a bit less if your sure that is ok

Maybe try dimming the light 25% and raising the temp to 83f

A couple easy things, drop the PH of you input water to about 6.0-6.2, and up your feed to about 50%. FFOF is a very good soil, so is Happy Frog, don't know anything about strawberry fields. Also, let the soil dry back before watering.
I agree with you conor . You should flush those plants till you get alot of runoff water then feed , did u switch to bloom nutes ? I did that as a rookie mistake once and it was bad. Make sure you switch after 2-3 weeks of flip from 12-12 as the plants is still developing more budsites and fanleaves also they will stretch 2x - 4x their height depending on genetics and environment. Those girls look hungry , ffof can also run out of nutes after a certain amount of time , watering , and how big the plant is and also how much is uptaking those nutes . Get a ph kit and ppm and check that run off.
