Not realy foxtailing but you might not get the tight rounded bud style your used to with most comercial strains now. By the way what strain is it please as it looks like it may just be that type of plant. Some strains can have a diffrent look to the bud than some may be used to seeing comercialy.
Try feeding a pk heavy bloom feed or adding pk to your current a/b feed mix the rest of the way through if your not already.
And drop your light on hours to 10 on 14 off, that should help you and should help you stop any further issues of semi reveg type growth aswell.

Foxtails? I don’t even see bud yet.. you in week 3 or 4? Foxtails happen at the end of bloom
