Are there any ill effects if my lights are off for 1 or 2 days during flowering?

I have a SOG and some plants are close to harvest so I wanted to shut the lights off for a day or two in the hopes of increased resin production. Would this hurt the other plants that aren't ready for harvest? Any advise is much appreciated!
