Are there any guidelines for how much air I need to be moving?

So, I am building out a grow tent (custom sized to fit a nice spot in the room its going in) for my first grow, and I need to evaluate my air setup. Tent is roughly 2'x4'x6', which makes (based of more precise measurements) 91200 cubic inches, or not quite 53 cubic feet. Growing 2 plants side by side in scrog nets (just shy of 2x2 each). Dumping about 230w of CFL on each plant with good distribution. I would like to keep the stank down, but I'd like to keep noise down as well. I'd rather be louder than smellier, all things said, not to mention the importance of airflow for growth. How many exchanges do I need in a given amount of time? I'm looking at the ventech setups as they seem decent/are cheap.

4" setup: 190cfm
vs
6" setup: 440cfm

I am aware that both pumps are probably grossly overrated. Still, say for the sake of this exercise they are literally double rated, so the actual output is 95cfm and 220cfm, respectively. That still puts me at just shy of 2, and just over 4 full exchanges per minute. Reduce by another 50% for filter (again, a gross overestimate), and that still leaves me at a full exchange or 2 per minute.

Now, I understand that needs vary based on strain (both in terms of oxygenation needs and odor control), the surrounding temperature, the amount of heat put out by lights, and other shit. But are there any rough guidelines on how much air I need to be moving? I feel like a full exchange (or more, realistically) is more than fucking sufficient, but I have always purchased MJ like you would with someone named MJ in Taiwan, never have I raised MJ like you would raise someone named MJ who is your child. Is there any practical benefit here (other than maybe not needing an upgrade down the line) to going for the 6" fan for 50% more? Seems like more weight and more $ for unneeded airflow, but I'd like to verify that a bit.

Thanks in advance dudes. Totally digging it here at RUI :)
