Are my seedilngs stretching to reach for my COBs?

They were 26" away, then a day ago I moved em down to 20" away.

No, they're fine, you're micromanaging them. They could be 48" off and be fine, seedlings hardly need any light. When you transplant, bury them almost up to the cotyledons to eliminate the "stretch". Next time you do solos, leave some room to backfill sooner
