Are my plants ok? Or stutted

First time grower currently using a 3000 watt spider farmer LED, temps sitting at about 76° in tent good relative humidity. I believe I may have over watered in the beginning but plant seems to have rebounded I am just word around about the overall height of the plant and if there's something else I should be doing

It's a good thing it being short and stout, because when you flip it into flowering mode it will stretch to 2-3 times it's size, usually.

At what intensity?

Just me, it might be getting so much light it doesn't need to grow vertical, raising the light and/or dimming might help.

80% at 24inch. I just experimenting cuz I have no idea had it lower but was trying to get some stretch.
 
At what point do I switch to flower I would like some advice if anyone is knowledgeable. My plant was when it reached around 24-30inchs in height but with this type of growth should I continue with my plan or just or just wait and see what happens in the next few weeks
