Are my lights too low?

What do you think?
I have 4 led bulbs 15W each (2 colds and 2 warms), emitting around 30k lux at this distance.
My plant is at 10th day, growing very slow I suppose. Medium is peat/perlite/(a little bit of coco which I regret), and I cant avoid keeping the temp around 29°C/Humidity 65-70 (I dont have the equipment to control these).
I began adding biobizz grow now, still very little, afraid of overdose. I never did that thing about measuring the PH after a run-off water (actually I've never made a run-off of water, because Im afraid of overwatering, she is too little), but I check the sollution in.
The leaves seems okay, light green, starting to come out the 5th and 6th ones. Cant discover what is holding her back, I guess is the high humidity that kept blocking her fluids.
Apreciate any thoughts. :)

I keep my flourescent lights about 10 cm (4") above the plants, so a little closer than what you show.

I'm a newbie and it's my first time growing cannabis but I've been starting vegetables for years. I too thought something was wrong when the plant hesitated a bit. Here's a photo showing showing seedlings planted 2 weeks apart. The one on the left was planted 9 days ago.

Bottom line from a newbie . . . it looks like you're doing fine, but the light could be a little closer.

It’s slow also due to pot size plants tend slow down when put in big pot to start then take off later

Humidity level is perfect. Temps are a bit high but not terrible. I’m thinking it’s your lights and medium. Early plants like yours need to be around 6500k spectrum. Not sure if your medium has nutes or not

i felt the same but then they start growing its like the saying if u watch the pot of water boil it will never boil. also i like to start in smaller container like a solo cup with some holes on bottom for drainage. just mostly ph water to start

I already bring them a little bit closer two days ago and felt some improvement. Ill try more.

Yes, I read about that and agree. It was a mistake I made at first: I planted the seed in a wrong soil. Got afraid and transplanted her to another to use the peat/perlite.

Nice to hear this. The days here will go colder, so I think it will helps the temp inside. Right, the cold whites led bulb labels says 6500k, theoretically. Maybe Ill try use only them, and turn off the warm whites for a while.
Ill start use the nutes more regulary now.

Floros needs to be very close......I run 96w T5HO 6500K at 2-3" for germ and 3 weeks of veg. My plants get nothing but DI water until moved to a flower area. When your goal is health instead of yeild, habits will change a bit. Plants impress more when you don't try to impress them....

Floros are really safe. I've had plenty of incidents where my plants have reached the light while I wasn't looking. Even pressed against the tube they were fine.

Good to hear that. Thank you very much. By your words, I'm already as comfortable as a plant near a floro bulb. Also learn that a led bulb is known as floro bulb lol

They'll be fine. They have a very small electrical draw. If your humidity is high enough to effect them, you'll certainly have other issues to worry about.
