Are my lights too high?

Hey just wondering if my lights are too high also if it’s ok to veg this plant for another 2-3 weeks and then putting it into flower.. plant was actually planted August 26.. due to bad light at first and newbie things it’s growth was slow.. so yeah will I have enough room for flower, cause ik the stretch size is usually doubled.. also idk the strain...

Drop to 18” .... leave it there.

I’ll lower my lights today thank you. ALSO I was doing LST & I split the middle of
My stock so now I can’t train until it’s fully healed
