I'm pretty sure you're going to have some serious heat issues although it depends on the CFM's that your exhaust fan will pull/blow (cubic feet per minute) as well as your overall set up. What's going to be the average temperature immediately outside of the tent? Are your lights going to be air cooled?

They say that your fans should be able to exchange the air completely in your room once per minute (meaning roughly 103 CFM for your tent) for good airflow. Keep in mind that any bends in ducting will reduce the efficiency of any fans you are using. Those lights of yours are going to put off a lot of heat so unless you have outside help (AC unit or cooler outside temps) then I would think you'd run into heat issues.

I'm personally running a 400 watt in a 3x3x5 foot (1x1x1.5 meters) with a 170 cfm (using speed reducer so @ 140 cfm actual) using just negative pressure to insure airflow and I've had to vent in some AC air to keep my grow tent cool enough. My tent is near the top level of my house so any sunny day will increase the temp of the room by 4-5 degrees F.
