Are light movers any good?

I'm a grower with inklings toward a low carbon footprint. I've tried LEDs and they're horrible for anything but the vegetative stage. Got about an ounce of useable medicine off on 3 plants. DON'T BUY THE SUPERNOVA ENHANCED SPECTRUM AND EXPECT ANY GOOD PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone know if light movers are worth the money. I've become skeptical of anything that's seen as an alternative to the traditional methods. I've got a small space, so I don't know if I should get a 600W to fill the space. If I can go another route though(especially a greener alternative) I'd rather go with the light mover.

i was told that they are good for veg but not so much for flowering, i would like to hear more on this, the guy who told me is a pretty reputable guy but he didnt elaborate......so sub'ed to hear more
