Are combined spectrum bulbs okay for autoflowering ?

Hi. Im an American in the Czech Republic that is getting into autoflowering. The closest grow shop to me sells three types of bulb... Should I buy the two growth and vegetaive lams sepertly or will a combined spectrum do. I'm super new to this so thanks for your patience and advice. The lamps are below, but the website is in Czech, chrome should auto translate.

I dont see why they would not work. You could use all of either spectrum/ kelvin temp. but I like to have a mixed spectrum I mix mine at 3:1 red/2700-3000k to blue/ 6500k.
