are canadians safer than the americans?

i hear alot about rip offs or seeds getting lost/seized. is this mainly us customers that get there seeds seized due to stricter regulations? i just havent seen many canadian complaints on stuff like seed seizure or seeds getting lost. maybe im wrong here but it seems like canada is better off for seed purchasing online (i know we all take risks). is this true

canadians have there own seed banks man

most places here it is legal to posses seeds so customs can't be bothered. I haven't heard of anybody not getting their seeds.

alright coool i just dont wanna be like put off by sum company for security reasons because im reading all these complaints from people in the states. i do feel safer living in the great white north.

I've heard it IS much safer for Canadians to obtain seeds, usually banks go out of there way to say they DO NOT sell or send seeds to the US, and I don't think it's illegal to have live marijuana seeds in Canada, its just against the law to grow it.
Isn't that weird?
