Dose any one know if you need some kind of permission to start up a legal grow operation along the lines of 30-40 plants with letters of incop, registered with sec of state etc etc. Regarding to Los angeles?. I have heard alot about fire marshalls approving grow warehouses and what not but is this nessesary?
