I didn't see a thread on this and I didn't even catch this in the local news when it happened so I thought I would go ahead and post the info here so everyone is informed and up to date on what's happening.

The City of Wyoming and a few other cities passed ordinances banning all medical marijuana use and cultivation within their respective city limits. Obviously this goes directly against State law so a lawyer and patient who resides in Wyoming sued the city and the Appeals court ruled unanimously that Cities cannot ban medical marijuana use as State law supersedes municipal law. Additionally, the courts ruled that cities cannot use the excuse of marijuana being a federally banned substance as it has already been ruled eons ago by the SCOTUS that States are NOT obliged to enforce federal law.
Just a little food for thought and another win for patients and caregivers....put another notch in the bed post
