Aphids...Spider Mites...Any New Info ?

hello all...just wondering if anyone has heard of any good new ways or products to deal with aphids and spider mite problems...and any old favourite tried and true methods would be cool to hear about as well...cheers'

For small plants, hold them upside down and spray them with cold water. Insult them as they go down the drain. When you get tired of this, flea bomb your grow area and start with brand new seeds. Don't take clones from others or from outside.
