Apathy's PC Growbox

Hello all. First time grower here. I currently have my closet somewhat partitioned off to grow but it's not quite stealth enough for me for the small apartment I'm in at the moment. I have been inspired to start a PC growbox from all the threads around here. I am just looking to get a little advice on it.

I read that full ATX towers of about 19" (height and width) are best for doing this type of thing. I have, however, decided to go with a mid ATX tower that is 18" (height and width). I don't think that extra 1" is going to matter too much if I position things correctly. Especially considering I can get this case for under $50 and most full ATX towers that have what I need are in the $120-$300 range.

As you can see it has enough space for 5 fans, I plan on putting just one (intake) in the front and one (exhaust) in the back and then I can add more if necessary. I am going to gut the inside and line it with one of those windshield sun protectors and then mount 3-4 CFL's at the top of it, probably 2 daylight and 2 cool white - but I need to read more into that before I decide. I plan on having only about 2 plants growing inside, but that depends a little on the yield.

Do I seem to be on the right track? Is there anything else I need to take into account or anything like that?

Actual pictures coming as soon as I get started (very soon).

EDIT: For odor control I am just going to use one of the odor control jars (like this - http://www.amazon.com/Fresh-Wave-Continuous-Neutralizing-64-Ounce/dp/B0015MN7HA/ref=sr_1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1267307222&sr=8-1-fkmr0 ) for now, however I am interested in some kind of charcoal filter or something like that to put over the exhaust fan. Does anyone have any suggestions for something like that?

EDIT 2: I am also considering PC case alternatives, see my post below.

Before I order that case, I was also thinking about getting something like this - http://www.walmart.com/ip/Suncast-Utility-2-Door-Wall-Cabinet/5645618#ProductDetail (Overall Dimensions: 28'' H x 28'' W x 12'' D)

Or this - http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=8206250&findingMethod=rr#ProductDetail (Measures approximately 25-3/4" L x 19" W x 35-3/4" H)

They are quite a bit larger and more accessible than a PC case and the first one has the added bonus of locking. Though they are both less stealth than a PC case and I would have to cut holes and mount my own fans inside (would probably still just use PC fans since they are cheap and pretty easy to use).
