Anyone Moderately Good With Animations?

I have this idea, but my animation skills suck [as far as making animations] with Photoshop or a program of similarity. If anyone is good with creating things like cartoon characters & what not, message me, thanks!

Yeah I am ok in not the best but I am taking classes on the subject what do you need.
