Anyone keep a grow journal? (not a forum journal...)

Ive started using these two programs last week that are pretty sweet as far as organizing the stuff I normally keep track of (and then some)

One is called CannaGrower, its fairly well rounded but dosent include some of the more formal technical details I like to keep track of

The second, Velvet, is just awesomeness as far as leaving room for input on small details. It has viable options for breeders as well since most of a strains background can be recorded as time goes on, then a small compiled file can be emailed to yourself for safekeeping or to another breeder etc....

I think Ill continue using cannagrower for my simple daily logs and the velvet program for my detailed weekly ones myself.

i keep a paper journal. i use this http://www.presidentkush.net/Documents/GrowJournal.pdf

and i use a reg journal(black n white notebook) to document other stuff

That program looks really cool but I would use Notepad or Microsoft Word to keep track of things since you can have all the info you want to put there on them.

It would be even more easier to use because if your making your own strain you can just copy and paste the text like this and it helps to keep it simple. If you use Microsoft word you can also put pics of the parents on the file if your doing breading

Once I've growen a strain I will make a journal of it from seed to mom and dad plants to clones taken off of them to flowering to harvest and finished bud so that if anyone grows the same strain then they read how it grew, the light that I used and such
