Anyone growing Hazeman Tuna Kush?

Good to know, but I'm trying to get the skinny on his Tuna Kush, specifically. His F5 Chocolate Thai was terrible so if his Tuna Kush turns out to be as lame as that, then I'm done with Hazeman. I've read about this strain from other sources and it's supposed to be a real stank kinda terpene profile. Some people say it smells like fish. Others dispute that and say it's just really skunky. I'm not too big on fishy smelling weed....can't even imagine it, to be honest. But IF this strain is supposed to have "loud" terpenes, then I'm willing to give it a try.

The only way I can imagine it is if they go too hard on fish mix no thanks lol I am curious just like you if this seedline is anything close to the tuna kush they talk about or if it's just in name they relate

I wouldn't be done with him....unfortunately I have no experience with the tuna kush..

I smoked white grapes and it was awesome very grape flavor and real potent smoke.

My friend grew Bubbas widow which I didn't get to smoke but turned out awesome.

He also grew his strawberry cough which his pheno lacked potency but had an incredible strawberry jam flavor.

I've seen a post on here of his blue Bubba which looked awesome

Basically from what I've seen or heard it's anything with his Bubba or widow is a must try.

I recently got gdp x rainbow belts 2.0 from hazeman hopefully I'll be able to run them soon

I smoked Tuna Kush for the first time in 2006, and was blown away by the crazy dense buds and terps. Up here in Canada the growers had a killer marketing idea. Package the buds in a tin can, literally a tuna can. Anyone lucky enough to score a can was really stoked. Opening a can was quite a special thing, the smell from a freshly cracked can was super intense. Not really fish like, more like an astringent chem smell..
Fast forward to last winter.
Had a few different grow projects on the go, but ran across the Hazeman Tuna Kush and decided to give it a run for nostalgia’s sake.
Out of the pack, 3 males, the rest female. So far so good. Plants did great in veg, all looked quite similar. Once in flower they all went their separate ways pheno wise. At the end of flower there were some loose and fluffy buds, a couple of plants were fairly dense. All yielding quite low, but one threw out large dense buds that filled quite a few jars.
Long story, but tbh, I don’t think I’d ever run this again. The smoke is ok, no really crazy stand out plants that got me excited. I’ve been smoking this all summer and getting to the last few jars now and ready to move on, lol..
