Anybody on here own a nursery?

Hey guys,

Just wondering what it would take to get a nursery up and going (the legal-beagle kind).

I've had a growing obsession with growing - no pun intended - and have been looking for something other than my work-from-the-couch business I have right now. It's nice and all, but I want to contribute, and growing is so much fun.

Starting a business, especially one like this, is a BIG undertaking and I know it'll cost a whole lot of money up front, but I'm curious to know if there are any recommended books on the subject, plus any "insider info" that you might have if you own/owned one.

Of course, the first and foremost would be to find somebody who's knowledge of growing plants far exceeds my own while I get all knowledgeable in that area.

Okay, I'm going to stop babbling. Let's get the discussion going.

I do bonsai's from seedlings and make about 1500 a month from it tax free. Takes about 3 years before you will see any money I sell all mine on craigslist.

Clones here 6 bucks a pop...but not like I'd know.
