Overwatering is a process of not letting the pot/roots dry up before flooding them. If you have proper drainage, you cant over water with a single watering.

If this is happening right after watering then it is perfectly normal and is a good sign that youre not watering too frequently. They will perk back up soon.

If they are always like this, make sure the pot is relatively dry before watering and make sure you have proper drainage.

thanks for the info. When i do water there is never any drainage my drip trays are always dry. i was using a organic general purpose engrais polyvalent 3-2-5 and was told to use it every-time i water. now i have to find out that it was not a wise plan. can u suggest a good plant food for veg stage?
