I want to be able to work in my grow cabinet on the dark period of 12/12. is that possible? I mean, what light bulbs they use in a dark room?

Yea man, plants don't absorb green light, they reflect it, hence the green color. I know they sell special green lights made specifically for growing, but I'm not sure if you would need that, or if a basic green "party bulb" would work.

I use a green led head lamp. I have doubles door made from overlapping and velcroed panda plastic, go in one close it then in the other, and again to get to the closet door. I keep my mothers and clones in there because they need the least attention and my veg plants in another bedroom closet. I don't have to go in often but need to see to get across the room, and while I'm passing through if I need to do something really quick like clean up some dieing leaves then I will! But normally try to do it during lights on.
This light works perfect! has a dim bright and flash setting. most of the time I don't even put it on my head. Its the one they sell at my local hydro shop.
