One of my indoor tent plants has some leaves doing this what is it telling me

Can you say more about your setup and post pics of the plants? Strain, grow media, nutes, feed/water sched, ph, RH, temps, lights?

Whole plant? If those are old leaves and the newer growth look good I wouldn't worry.

Spill / splash anything on them? Nutes, PH up -down , water?
