Next to "Post Quick Reply" is "Advanced Reply". Click that. Then enter your posting like normal and scroll down to "Manage Attachments"

Click "Manage Attachments" to upload your photos and then "Submit Reply"

Yeah how do you i didnt even know about it until now it says mine is 10 is that bad? If it is why ive never posted anything bad or given any bad advise?
