Another new hydro grower here

Just started my first hydro grow 10 days ago. Seedlings are about 2" and working on their 3rd set of real leaves. Got 4 of 4 germination, just hope they're not all boys.

what kinda set up are you using

I am using a homemade system using 2l. soda bottles and pvc pipes. It was easy since I had about 90% of the fittings and the empty bottles are everywhere. I was already growing lettuce and Thai Basil but I figured I might as well grow something more useful.

Here are pics of two babies. 10 days post germination
Nutes are GH lucas formula
Aged tap water. ph of water is 7.6 ~175ppm minerals
Current nute solution ph 5.8 500ppm including original water
plants are White Castle from Nirvanna Seeds
