Here's what I'm working with:

Down a hallway with ozone generator:
(1) 12x12x12 flowering room
separated by
(1) 10x12x12 storage/vegetative room
then
(1) 12x12x12 flowering room

My plan: Closed environment garden.

In the 12x12x12 flowering rooms:

24 bucket ebb and flow system lit with (2) air cooled 1000 watt lights with carbon filters. (1) 10,000 btu air conditioner, (1) humidifier, (1) dehumidifier, 8 port c02 burner, and (2) oscillating fans. Environment controls plugged into a single controller.

In the 10x12x12 storage/vegetative room

as soon as you walk through the door:

3 compartment sink, (2) 70 gallon reservoirs--(1) for each 12x12x12 room. (2) 1000 watt digital ballasts connected to timed splitter--the 12x12x12 rooms share the same ballasts.

Plastic wall with velcro door:

(1) 48 bucket ebb flow system on a 100 gallon reservoir, lit by (4) 400 watt air cooled mh's with carbon filters. (1) 10,000 btu air conditioner, (1) humidifier, (1) dehumidifier, 8 port c02 burner, and (2) oscillating fans. Environment controls plugged into a single controller.

Grow plan:
Stager the 48 bucket veg room in half by 1.5 months. So 24 buckets are dedicated to each flowering room, with 1.5 months difference between plant development. Veg the plants until they are 26", cut off the bottom half leaves--use these to clone the next batch. Move the 24 plants to flower room.

I want electricity use constant and bud production constant--I have a full time job and can only trim a little bud every night.

Do you see any way I can improve efficiency, yield, and necessary work?

Should I use fluorescents instead of the 400 mhs?

The lights are cooled with the air from the hallway and evacuated outside--outside.

I would use T5 fluorescents for vegging. I believe they work as good or better and use 1/10 of the wattage.

You now have 2 full time jobs.

I've got all the maintenance stuff set up pretty efficient.

The reservoirs can be drained directly down a drain. Filled up with toilet float. The lights are on yo-yo's.

Weekdays just have to check water levels--raise lights--small quick stuff twenty minutes tops a day. Saturday and Sunday do all the time consuming stuff.
