Amp Veg Box

So, I got board out in the garage and found an old amp in my room, and well this is what turned out.
The temps are a little high, i have a intake and a outtake, but i have and extra fan, should I make in blowing in or out, hopefully that will fix my little temp problem. There are 2 2700k 60w cfls in there, but im taking one out for a 45 watt 6500k bulb.
The box has about 18 inches of grow room, and im only going to veg like 2 plants in there untill there too big.
But i need some suggestions on the temp problem. The fans are running on 6volts beacuse 12 was really loud but i might have to go with the 12, or a 9 i found the other day.

Put a divider or a channeler between those fans [I'm assuming ones intake the others exhaust?] so the air that gets brought in doesn't get taken out right away. It'll also prevent pockets of stale dead air from forming in the corners and stuff...

will do, i had another kind of contraption on there befor, to prevent light but i scrapped it because of heat issues.
