amount of lighting

The grow room I am constructing is going to be roughly 5 feet wide by about 4 feet deep and (due to the slope in the roof) anywhere from 4-8 feet high. the lights are gunna hang right in the middle off the ceiling (so at about a 6 foot height) with some sort of lowering system for them. I only plan on having 1-4 plants in this area at a time so... But what I was wondering is will 2 105 watt CFL's with domes, or reflectors (whatever there called) over them be enough light for this area. The lumen output is 6900/light. If not do you think adding a 40 watter or 2 in the mix would be good enough.

Thanks.

Also could emergancy sleeping bags work in place of mylar and if not where can I get mylar?

umm it might work but the yield=amount of bud produced will be very low and u will want the lights right over thme since cfl's don't get that hot best bet is to save up some money and get a hps=high preasure sodium light system get a 250watt and if u want add those cfl's on the side that would be quite good for 1-4 plants go to insidesun.com
