ammonia smell from shake?

I have a shit tone of it drying but its been so cold and rainey its not drying.
I know the ammonia is a chemical reaction of it breaking down, it just started last night.

What now? Still safe for hash?

Im guessing its mold you are smelling. Throw it in the freezer, should kill most of the mold if thats the problem.
