Amatuer needs help

Hey fellow growers. Need some help. I have this plant here that was super duper tiny then started growing crazy fast. It has some buds already but not large, and is growing more of those white pistils and is getting taller.
I need help to figure out which stage it's in, what do with the lighting time etc if I should go 12/12 or just keep it outside and let it keep growing
Not sure about the strain. Got a bunch of seeds from a buddy.

Your plant is revegging.Its kinda stuck between growing and flowering.Its gonna take some time to start growing if you leave it out.
