Am I ready to harvest?

I'm a first time grower, abit of a shit one at that. I've encountered so many problems and done so many things wrong I honestly don't know how these pair are still standing. They're both hermaphrodites now. One is almost wrapping around the light, I think they both have nutrient/light burn.

Abyway, judging from the pictures are they ready to harvest yet? I know the last picture the pistils are still pretty white and on edge but that's a bud from lower down on the plant. Cheers
