Am I pretty much done here?

So the plant has begun week 3 from Sprout. I’ve seen others at week three with what looks like a full on plant. Mine seems to be growing super slow.
Also there is yellow on the tips of the original first true leaves.

am I doomed and should I give up?
This plant was done in black and gold organic soil, ph adjusted water with 400 LEDs at 18 inches. Watered only 2 times.

No you are not doomed at all. For a 2 week old plant it's not terrible at all....They start slow and then take off.

I would say you can move your light closer, probably to 12", but do it gradually, like 2-3" at a time every few days. Does that soil have food in it? She looks a little hungry? But also a little wet...Is it perhaps cool in it's room? Cool temps will slow growth big-time. The light being closer will also help warm it.

Mine are smaller than that I just started week 3. It's because soil and large pots start real slow. I've been growing coco the last 5 yrs and forgot how painfully slow soil is lol. They will get there though
