Am i growing marijuana or hemp?

First time grower here. I have White Widow, in week 2 of flowering right now. I noticed the box from my seeds say less than .3% THC. So am I even growing marijuana or just growing hemp? I'm new to all this, is that normal for seeds?

All cannabis seeds are devoid of thc. Some places print that on the seed packs to show they're operating under the hemp law threshold.
