Am I doing this right?

Well I just started reading around on this site and I feel like a dumbass because I should've done this before i planted. What I have done is put some fertilizer soil in a abandon crop area about maybe 1ft across 1ft tall and 3 inches deep. I made about 4 holes and put like 4 seeds in each hole. I water every day and it gets around 80 degrees each day. Did I do anything wrong? Is planting that many seeds really that bad? And could I dig them back up, it's only been 3 days.

you should of had germinated them first to ensure they will grow. Then put them in a pot under some light until they get strong enough to be transplanted to ground then you are ensuring sucess.

it doesnt matter .. i dug my seeds up once and germed them (1 day though) . make sure u dont touch them if u do dig .. but i think you'd be safe if u did want to dig them up
