this is day 38 of flowering...I myself think it's slower then it's supposed to but my friends seem to wet there pants everytime they see it...you guys are the tie breakers...

haha what does he know? i have roommates pretty hard to not tell em why i'm bringing huge bags of soil into my room...

Is the plant on the left white widow?? only asking cuz I got a ww plant right now and looks exactly like that one you got. Other than that, you could add some lights on the sides for supplemental lighting if you feel its slow. The more lumens the better.
