Lets say my friend was over at his sisters house one evening.
She was gone all night, and my friend noticed his nephew had a small little glass pipe and lighter.
His nephew said he went through his mom's room and found that pipe and white lighter with a small bit of flower .
So my friend left a small little baggie of less than fucking .8 of bs shake behind on accident and the nephew took it , took it to school the following middle school Monday or whatever, gets caught somehow like a dipshit who probably was trying to show off or didn't seal it up.
And he's blaming all, everything, on my friend. My friends sister is all trying to say she didn't even have paraphernalia and hadn't smoke in months.
My friends nephew has lil' shit teen court on the 28th or whatever. He was told an automatic arrest warrant gets issued for him and will be locked up until court which he most likely will lose.
Where the fuck to begin? Would the courts actually try n lock up my dude till they try in court?
