Hello guys hope you are doing well.

I’m doing my first grow. Growing 3 plants with random seeds . They are on week 6 veg. 18/6 light cycle.

I would like to ask you a few questions since I don’t know anyone who could help me. I live in Turkey ( yes very far from you :))
Please take a look at the pics...my questions are ...

1. Can you tell the sex of these plants ? Male or female ?

2. They are 9 inches tall now, is it a good time to start 12/12 light cycle?

3. Do you see anything wrong with the grow tent and lighting settings? Temperature, humidity...

4. Can I start 12/12 cycle with 4 yellow lights and 3 white lights as you can see in the pics.
5. Are these sativa or indica?

Your answers would be very helpful and appreciated :).

1. Can't tell sex untill after they try to flower so after flip 12/12

2. Depending on your ceiling height just think they will double in size after so if that looks like u can't go to much higher then u can flip they look healthy and green.

3. & 4. The lights your using wont yeild you much weight but they will still work but will take more time and buds won't be tight , I don't see temp or humidity but just try to keep in the 50%RH and 75-85f

5. They look more like indica but again you can't really tell by looking at the leaves there are too many crosses now , but generally fatter fan leaves and shorter plants tighter nodes is indica and taller plants with thin fan blade leafs tend to be more sativa

Look at LST training ... that way you can tame the shape of canopy . Those node spaces are elongated so she will get lanky.
After control height you can bring your cfl lighting a bit closer and have better coverage.

This is one way .....

I tend to do a symmetrical version ..... mainlining/ hub technique.

Either way .... you will find better flowers / budsites since the lower areas grow up to others.
