I'm not sure because I would think a plant that size could take water every other day no problem, and could even need it everyday if outside and hot. But I don't know how much water you are giving her. Has an over-watered look to my eye but you'd have to be putting down a LOT of water or have pretty poor soil for that to occur. More details on watering habits and feeding levels might help.

Bugs^^ is correct note those thick FAT veins in the leaf, she's wet, overwatered even! curling DOWN leaf tips is indicative of root issues, I suggest overwatering/ soaks roots with no oxygen left, avoid watering ....until she goes limp with thin leaf veins, ensure you have great (lots) of 1 inch drain holes, that can weep, otherwise get out the drill, you may damage a few roots but better than loosing your plant to drowning ...yes plants do drown
Whenever I buy in pots.. I always triple the amount of holes in a pot, Mj don't like wet feet and this is how she tells you
