AK47 - How long til I start flushing?

I have 2 gorgeous woman that are about 8 weeks through flowering. I cant tell how much longer I should be feeding them nutes. When I flush i'm going to be adding molasses cause it apparently helps in crease yield and flavour bud. I have here a bunch of pics that i took 10 mins ago. Can anyone assist??How long left? :leaf:

looks good but dosent look near ready the hairs look like they are all white still

OH yeah and btw I'm using a 400w hps with hydroton balls and agrow bloom nutes in a recycle system
