Ak420 auto showcase

Popped an AK420 autoflower. Seedstockers. Was interested in growing a sativa heavy autoflower and this was the most sativa heavy I could find at 75/25 before being mixed with ruderalis.

Decided to go a 5L pot for some reason, and then decided to make that decision worse by using an organic mix with some leftover potting mix that had slow release salts in it, so it's a bastard of organic and salts mixed. In a 70x70x160cm tent with a 120w quantum board.

Pre-flower day 28 exactly. They say 4 weeks.

Interesting to see how long it can go on tap water.

Nice man! You should use a root stim with the water. Difference is night and day from my experience.

Also heavyweight seeds fruit punch is 80/20 if you’re looking for a sativa buzz! If you like citrus strains you’ll love that

preferentially i would have used a rhizotonic over the first few weeks to help with rooting, but i am out of pretty much everything. I have previously used Canna's line of nutrients and found cannazym and rhizotonic to be more useful than their nutrient line ups tbh.

Nice plants. I used an organic mix for my latest grow and started running into issues around the 4 week flower mark. YMMV
I'm expecting issues earlier in such a small pot but I'm interested to see if that's the case. I've got worm castings, kelp and coconut meal and some organic 3:1:4 i can top dress later on, or liquid compost (10:2:9) i can use here once shit starts to go down hill. Coming from multi feedings a day in coco I'm liking the set and forget, but growth is definitely slower off the bat.

I topped mine with worm casting and kelp for a bit when trouble hit. Seemed to help quite a bit. I'm using Mega Crop to finish so my feeding is a hybrid in itself.

Ah right yea. Good stuff! If you can find them mango haze by mephisto is 85/15 sativa indica

Stretch on. Day 37. Still pretty small, so I don't think I'll have enough space in here to start another in three or four weeks.
Top dressed ewc, Neem, and a few BTi pellets mixed with perlite and gnats seem to have settled down finally.

Will have to implement a feed Soon I'd say. I'm going to keep it ultra simple and go a basic liquid compost from the local nursery with a small dose of Epsom salt once a week as a start.

Up potted today as the 4.5L pot was drying out too quickly for my liking. Watering is too much of an effort lol. Moved her into a 30x30cm square pot with more of this shit potting mix because I'm a straight savage. Hopefully go a few more weeks without feed. Basically a tester for what I can get with an average potting mix and tap water.

Trying hard not to pop extra seeds. Getting used to having a single 70x70cm tent is doing my head in with all these seeds here.
