Air trouble.. Am I screwed?

have a closet grow room set up. Problem is I can't alter the room.. so intake and exhaust is a problem. I'm using CFLS untill i'm ready to flower, so heats not really and issue right now.

The door is 2 pieces, hinged in the middle. its slides open stacking so I can't put a whole in it. Right now messing around with a 5'' fan at the top, hosed, running down the wall. I've had to run it into a 1.5'' tube to run it out of the closet (still a really tight fit). The intake is the same but running in, as well as a rotating 1' fan at the bottom. I worked really hard at making sure the hosing is air tight.. but not feeling the air flow I expected at the end of the tube. The fans are putting pressure of the hose, I can see them slightly inflate when they click on. As well as the pressure the fans are kind of pushin air out the back of them, somewhat defeating the purpose.

I'm stumped
Am I screwed?

at bare minimum you should at least have air moving around your room so the air doesnt go stale. settling for minimum will however effect buds yield and potency.
