Air flow~~~~??

SO im growing out of a pc grow box i built. it has 3 fans 1 intake 120mm and 2 exhaust 120mm back / 140mm top. A tri-cool multi speed pc fans. i have the all on medium sometime intake on high. my question for everyone is...
Sould i have more intake air then outtake or opposite? or Should i not worry cause i've got good temp now?

If your temps are good then up the intake but if they start getting hot then up the outtake. Thats the way I see it.
