Ahh white spots everywhere! (pics)

Ok, so I just got these clones. (Leaves were trimmed by cloner.) Since putting them under the lights, they've developed these white spots and I am clueless as to what to do. I already know that the curling is due to heat (problem now fixed) so I'm more worried about what's going on with my leaves! Pics...

dont worry about the cut leaves just focus on the new growth the cut leaves were traumatized and may do many things that seem strange.
