do i need to kept the heat pad under the sprouts after germinating

Once the seeds sprout a tail put them in whatever you plan on having seedlings in. Last seeds I germinated I placed on a wad of wet toilet paper, on a plate covered by a bowl on top of the fridge, all 3 germinated within 36 hours and went to new homes in soil right away. Hope that helps!
