AF not flowering

I have two Nirvana blue mystic AF going right now. Plant #1 is 10 weeks old and has not flowered yet. Plant #2 is 6 weeks old and just started flowering.
Also, #1 is about 50% larger than the one that is flowering and is definitely female.

Both seeds are from the same batch.

should I decrease the light schedule to see if #1 starts flowering or do nothing and see what happens?

This is my second grow. Here are the specs. I’ll post up pics shortly
  • 3x3 tent
  • Temp 70-75 F
  • Humidity 50-55
  • 18/6 light schedule
  • Soil in 3-g fabric pots
  • FF nutes
  • Filtered water Ph 6.3-6.8
  • 2 x SF-1000 (cheap quant boards)

You can force flower it under 12/12. Many autos that are not fully bred out sometimes gets you some wonky ones that need a kick.
