Aeroponic build

howdy all, been lurking and learning/refreshing for a few weeks now..and its almost go time.
Some history..several years ago i was involved with a 11000w(yes, eleven thousand) warehouse op, but we had someone less than trustworthy work for us and he ripped us off bad...then he did it again. the 3rd time he couldnt get in and he called the fuzz. oh well if ya wanna play ya gotta pay. anyways after being way low off the radar for a couple years its time to rock on again, this time its much smaller and being in Nor-Cal, this ones LEGAL. ok enough bad memories.
Having never done soilless before:
The plan is for a 5x6 table in a 8x9 room with 5 or 6 6" pvc sewer pipes with sprayers from the top(similar to earls rocket ship). the lights for now are a 1k MH and a 400MH on a sun-circle rotator doohickey. we plan on alternating 4 and 3 plants per tube so they dont grow into eachother as much. (3 rows of 4 and 2 or 3 rows of 3). 18-24 plant capacity.
the strain is still up in the air, most likely a commercial grade to start with and get the bugs out. the plan is 24/7 veg and 12/12 flower. ventilation is a 6" squirrel cage sucking in fresh air through a filtered vent in the kitchen and out through the attic. still not sure on the nutes yet either, i'll probably go with what they have at the hydro shop in town. we will monitor the goods with a hanna meter that does tds/ph/temp. I also have a 6 stage RO/DI for my aquariums for fresh water
can anyone give me any setup ideas that i may be missing?
Another question is about the aquarium water. we used it alot in the big grow but im not sure how it would do in an aero setup. I have hundreds of gallons of aquariums as my other hobby so water isnt an issue. heres a pic of my baby a 135 gallon full reef, as you can see i have a good idea of how to be anal about maintenence. this ones salt, i have several freshies too and thats where the water would come from

so, any suggestions?

i am just starting an aero system of my own and i have had aquariums all my life. ipersonally would not use my aquarium water in my aero system 4 fear af algea and other unwanted organizims causing disease 2 my crop. i choose advanced nutrients sensi 2 part nutes. they r formulated 4 MJ as a stand alone nute. i have little experience wit this but researched a lot, just my 2 cents dude. good luck.

I am also about to start Aero grow and am planning on using RO/DI water, is there any particular problem anyone can foresee with using deionized water or should I just stick with RO water and for get the DI resin chamber?
