AEROFLO²® 60 Advice Requested

Hello Folks,

I am new to hydroponics and am looking for anyone who has experience with the AEROFLO²® 60 hydroponic system. I am having a hard time finding any real time information regarding how to most efficiently use this set up.

All input would be greatly appreciated.

I set mine up run the pump 24/7 until the roots start hanging out of the baskets. Then I lower the level control tubes as low as they will go to the runner, and run the pump on a timer on a timer 30sec on 6min off. I use a water chiller to keep the res temp low. I shoot for 68 deg F.I change my res weekly or every other week at least. clean the filter at res change as well. I try to stay away from organic nutes I use the flora series by GH I was using the expert recirculating program but the res was always full of crap so I cut out the organic and use watermax to keep the res cleaner throughout the run and flora kleen at res change keeps it a lot cleaner.

dont get it, pain in the ass system, just stopped using mine and looking for a new system less sites and bigger growths,

30 plants in a 60 work better spacing if you do 60 find something that grows short i like pandoras box from tga and just flower from clone! no 1 month veg equal more crops a year might not have a 1/4 pound a plant but ull get more crops in a year dpening on how good of a grower you are will tell the yeild you get..
